Calculation Fields in Keynote

I am trying to create a presentation in Keynote for my iPad. The goal is to hand my sales prospect my iPad and then I will control the presentation using my iPhone, easy enough.

I would like to then be able to have the prospect, during the live presentation, be able to manually enter a number and from that input using a simple multiplication display a result, again live during a presentation.

So the prospect enters "100" into a field within the presentation and it automatically multiplies that by a predefined factor of say "2" and displays the result of "200" in the presentation.

Is this even possible?

Keynote is not able to do this.

The workaround is:

  1. play Keynote until the live calculation is to be performed
  2. switch to a spreadsheet application such as Numbers and perform the data entry and calculation
  3. when completed, switch back to Keynote
